Zaron Engineering provides civil engineering, land development consulting, and project management services for public and private sector clients. Our involvement can begin with early project feasibility, due diligence, and site planning and continue through design, permitting, bidding, construction, and project closeout.
Our services include feasibility and development due diligence, entitlements, land use and site planning, platting and subdivision design, civil site design, roadway and utility infrastructure design, drainage and stormwater analysis and design, detention and water quality design, Low Impact Development (LID), SWPPP, TCEQ permitting (WPAP, CZP, SCS), construction cost estimating and project budgeting, public and private bid support, and construction phase services.
