A graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio with over 15 years of experience in Civil Engineering, office management, and real estate development. Behdad's project resume ranges from master development plans, single-family subdivisions, multifamily and commercial site plans, school sites, roadway, and utility projects for private and public sectors in south central Texas within Bexar County, Guadalupe County, Kendall County, Williamson County, and Kerr County.
Company Role: As a small business owner, Behdad is a hands-on owner/engineer involved in everyday tasks from business development, contracting, project meetings, & coordination to site visits and project close outs.
